After payment is confirmed, you will receive two emails:

1. First Email — Sent instantly with your invoice (and login details for trial orders).
2. Second Email — Sent shortly after with your full login credentials and setup instructions.

It depends on the number of connections in your plan. Standard plans start at 1 simultaneous connection. You can upgrade to up to 8 simultaneous connections from your plan selection. Each device needs its own connection slot.

This is usually caused by bank restrictions. Try the following:

• Double-check your card number, expiry date, and CVV.
• Try a different card.
• Use PayPal — this has the highest success rate and you can checkout as a guest without a PayPal account.

Yes, we recommend it. Some ISPs throttle IPTV traffic, which can cause buffering. A VPN prevents this and protects your privacy. Make sure your VPN is connected before opening any IPTV app.

• HD Streaming: Minimum 16 Mbps
• 4K Streaming: Minimum 25 Mbps recommended

Try these steps in order:

1. Restart your internet router and streaming device.
2. Run a speed test — ensure you have at least 25 Mbps.
3. Switch from Wi-Fi to a wired Ethernet cable if possible.
4. Clear the cache inside your IPTV app settings.
5. Enable a VPN — your ISP may be throttling IPTV traffic.
